Lawrence Playground

Lawrence Playground is a 0.14-acre playground in the Flushing section of Queens, near 137th Street and 31st Road. The playground provides essential outdoor recreation in one of the most densely populated neighborhoods in Queens.

Flushing's extraordinary diversity and density create enormous demand for public recreation space. The neighborhood's population, drawn from China, Korea, India, Bangladesh, and many other countries, fills every available park and playground to capacity on warm days.
