Hylan Boulevard Playground is a half-acre playground on Hylan Boulevard near Steuben Street in the Dongan Hills neighborhood of Staten Island. The playground serves families along one of the island's primary commercial and transportation corridors.

Hylan Boulevard is the longest street on Staten Island, running the full length of the island's eastern shore from St. George to Tottenville. The boulevard passes through a succession of neighborhoods and commercial districts, serving as the primary artery for much of the island.

The playground features modern play equipment, safety surfacing, and seating areas. Its location along busy Hylan Boulevard makes it easily accessible to families from the surrounding Dongan Hills residential blocks.

Dongan Hills is a residential neighborhood of single-family homes and low-rise apartments on the eastern slope of Todt Hill, the highest point on the Atlantic seaboard south of Maine. The neighborhood's elevated terrain provides some properties with views toward the Narrows and Brooklyn.
