1065 Park Avenue is a Privately Owned Public Space on the Upper East Side, along one of the most prestigious residential avenues in the world. The POPS provides a small outdoor area at a residential building in the heart of Manhattan's Gold Coast.

Park Avenue on the Upper East Side is lined with luxury apartment buildings, many dating to the pre-war era, that house some of the wealthiest residents in New York City. The avenue's wide, tree-lined median creates a boulevard character that distinguishes it from other Manhattan streets.
