108 Fifth Avenue is a Privately Owned Public Space in the Flatiron District, providing a small outdoor seating area along one of Manhattan's most iconic avenues. The space serves the commercial and residential population of this vibrant Midtown South neighborhood.
The Flatiron District takes its name from the wedge-shaped Flatiron Building at the intersection of Broadway, Fifth Avenue, and 23rd Street, completed in 1902 and one of the most photographed buildings in the world.
