15 Cliff Street

15 Cliff Street is a Privately Owned Public Space in the Financial District, on a narrow side street between Fulton Street and John Street in the historic Insurance District of Lower Manhattan.

Cliff Street is one of the oldest streets in Manhattan, dating to the colonial era when the area near the East River was the commercial heart of the city. The street's narrow width and short length reflect the pre-grid layout of Lower Manhattan.
