Malba Park

Malba Park is a small neighborhood park in the Malba section of northern Queens, serving one of the most exclusive and secluded residential communities in the borough.

Malba is a gated community of approximately 400 homes on a peninsula in the Whitestone area of Queens. The neighborhood's Colonial and Tudor Revival homes, many with waterfront views, make it one of the wealthiest enclaves in Queens.

The community was developed in the 1920s as an exclusive residential enclave and has maintained its secluded character through deed restrictions and the natural isolation of its peninsular geography.
