Ewen Park

Ewen Park is a 7.84-acre park at Riverdale Avenue and Johnson Avenue in the Riverdale section of the northwest Bronx. The park occupies a steep wooded hillside that descends from Riverdale Avenue toward the Hudson River, providing a naturalistic green space in one of the Bronx's most affluent neighborhoods.

Riverdale is the wealthiest neighborhood in the Bronx, with grand homes, private schools, and cultural institutions that give it a suburban character more reminiscent of Westchester County than the dense urban fabric of the borough's southern neighborhoods.
