1325 Sixth Avenue

1325 Sixth Avenue is a Privately Owned Public Space in Midtown, among the northernmost POPS along the Sixth Avenue corridor. The plaza provides outdoor space near Central Park and Columbus Circle.

The building is situated in the area where Midtown's office district meets the Upper West Side's residential neighborhoods. The transition creates an interesting mix of corporate workers, tourists heading to Central Park, and local residents.
