1365 York Avenue

1365 York Avenue is a Privately Owned Public Space in the Yorkville section of the Upper East Side, providing outdoor space at a residential building along the eastern edge of the neighborhood.

York Avenue runs along the eastern side of the Upper East Side, one block west of the FDR Drive and the East River. The avenue has a more utilitarian character than the grander avenues to the west, with hospitals, residential towers, and neighborhood services lining its length.
