Matthews-Palmer Playground

Matthews-Palmer Playground is a half-acre playground on West 45th Street between Ninth and Tenth Avenues in the Hell's Kitchen neighborhood. Named for local community figures, the playground serves families in a neighborhood that has undergone rapid transformation from a gritty working-class area to a thriving residential and entertainment district.
