Wayanda Park

Wayanda Park is a 2.55-acre neighborhood park on the Rockaway Peninsula near Beach 91st Street and Shorefront Parkway. The park provides recreation space for the year-round residential community of Rockaway Beach.

The Rockaway Peninsula's narrow geography, bounded by the Atlantic Ocean and Jamaica Bay, gives every neighborhood on the strip a maritime character. Wayanda Park provides inland recreation space complementing the beachfront parks and boardwalk along the ocean shore.
